Why Do We Have a Fear of Being Average? What To Do To Become More Confident?

So you think you are average: (Think one more time before considering yourself as an average human being)

First of all would like to start with ‘Being average’….There should not be a fear of being average…believe it or not it takes a lot to be average….and in any case who is deciding what's average and best. Its everyone's perspective towards life…what you think average may be its a blessing and talent for someone else. Never think of yourself as an average. Everyone is different and special in their own way.

Accept who you are:

There is a certain way that God has made us and who we are. Accept the way you are and learn to embrace yourself. Know your strength and work on your weakness for self improvement.

Get out of the thought ‘What others will think’:

It can be hard to stop worrying about what people think and be carefree. However, there is a

way to deal with that to make it easier.

We live in a society where we see people being judgmental about other people. Most of the times we are focused on ourselves. People are the same. And it’s the same for all those too that you are thinking maybe judging you. Once you realize that most people have their insecurities and worries, they are caught up in their things, it can become easier to stop worrying so much about what people think.

Thinking about what people think behind my back:

By thinking these you answering your question. There will always be some people who will say something behind your back. Those are the ones who will never come to you and say face to face. So why to worry so much about those people who don't exist anyway? Think about it. You have got only one life so live it your fullest and make it better with your confidence and positive attitude towards life.

Face The Facts:

No one is perfect and that includes you. It is very easy to blame yourself, count your mistakes and go into a shell. If you can forgive other people’s mistakes then you are being hard on yourself. Don’t beat yourself up if things go wrong. Accept it, try to learn from it and move on. Be proud of your accomplishments and the hard work that you have done.
